Zimbabwean musician Mukudzei Chitsama, popularly known as Holy Ten, will return to court on September 25 as the State continues investigations into allegations that he raped a 14-year-old girl.
Chitsama briefly appeared before the Harare Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, where the matter was postponed to allow the State to finalise its investigations and obtain a forensic report.
The musician was arrested in July in connection with the allegations and is currently out on bail. He has not been convicted of any offence, and the allegations remain before the court.

According to the State, the alleged offence took place in Hatfield. The complainant allegedly met Chitsama in Avondale before the two proceeded to another location where the alleged rape is said to have occurred.

The court therefore postponed the matter to September 25, when the State is expected to provide an update on the progress of the investigations.
