The opposition Citizens’ Coalition for Change says the home of Tendai Biti in Harare was attacked by four men in the early hours of this morning. They were armed with machetes/axes and a gun. His guard was attacked and suffered bad injuries to his head.

The guard had to receive urgent medical attention. The attackers did not take anything. Police are yet to comment on the incident.
