MDC Alliance president Nelson Chamisa’s security has been a concern to many of his party supporters .
His vehicle was attacked sometime in October when he was touring the country and a memo was raised for him to be bought a new bullet proof car .
In an update, Journalist Hopewell Chin’ono said:
In October the main opposition leader @nelsonchamisa’s car was attacked more than twice and vandalized by ZANUPF thugs.
A group of citizens set out to fundraise for US$120k to get him a security car.
They have done so with US$120,420 raise so far.
