Ginimbis’ strong advice that went unnoticed. English does not pay bills

It has always been a case in Zimbabwe that the level of intelligence is measured by fluency in English.
The late Ginimbi touched on this matter way before he died and he gave an example that a person who speaks English well can walk into a shop and but the owner of the shop is the one that will always be richer than him.

The main idea behind this teaching was to remind Zimbabweans to embrace their own language and be proud of their language.
Ginimbi continues to make an impact through his legacy though he might be long gone he is remembered in so many ways
